Contractors and suppliers submit health, safety, quality, risk, and regulatory information as requested by Hiring Clients. Once collected, our Review and Verification Services (RAVS) Team reviews the information to assess the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the data. Using this information, Hiring Clients connect with contractors and suppliers in ISNetworld that meet their qualification requirements.

Contractors and suppliers pay an annual subscription fee per country based on the number of employees in the company. Employee count is based on the three-year average. View contractor and supplier subscription pricing here.

ISNetworld subscription pricing is all-inclusive, regardless of the number of tools your company uses or the number of Hiring Clients or contractors and suppliers to which your company is connected.

Services include:

• Collection and review of various documents such as health, safety, environmental, and quality written programs, incident and injury forms, insurance certificates, and workers' compensation documents.
• Tracking and completion of employee-level training, competencies, and qualifications required to perform specified job duties.
• Tracking and completion of audits and evaluation reports based on Hiring Client requirements.
• Reporting tools and data analysis to benchmark your performance against peers.
• Opportunities for hands-on training and networking at free ISN events.

Active employees in the employee section of your ISNetworld account will be able to connect to your company’s ISNetworld account if you are participating in Empower.

Empower is ISN's mobile app for workers. Frontline workers will benefit from using Empower to access work-readiness information. Workers may access their ISN ID, jobsite requirements, view compliance status, complete training on-the-go, and manage work-readiness information all through the app.

No. Empower is currently available to all ISNetworld contractor subscribers for no additional fee.

ISNetworld subscribers can easily invite their workers via email or text through the invite tool, which is available in your ISNetworld account. Click here to invite your workers to join Empower.

No. Empower is limited to contractor workers unless your employer has a Hiring Client Employer (HCE) Account. If you are unsure, please contact your ISN Account Team.

Empower currently supports English, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Portuguese. Additional languages are coming soon!
