CSR 360™

CSR 360 is an implementation assessment tailored to contractor and supplier companies. CSR 360 includes a review of supporting documentation and policies in place at the contractor or supplier company and culminates with a one-on-one interview process with an ISN sustainability professional.

At the end of a CSR 360 assessment, the contractor or supplier will have a better understanding of where its corporate social responsibility strengths are, and any opportunities for improvement.

CSR Sight™

CSR Sight uses a systematic approach to analyze perceptions of a Hiring Client’s corporate social responsibility initiatives by unlocking valuable insights across fundamental CSR topics while detecting and removing bias. CSR Sight also includes the option to reassess perception scores over time, providing the opportunity to track progress on perception and performance.

ISN’s Culture Assessment Team, serves as an independent party to facilitate assessments and enhances the ability for Hiring Clients to capture the voice of their employees, contractors and suppliers - leading to insightful findings and actionable opportunities to incorporate into existing CSR practices.

CSR Preference

Released to Hiring Clients in 2023, the CSR Presence Dashboard, powered by SignalAI, is used to gauge connected contractor or supplier CSR public presence from information sources such as news articles, blog posts, and podcasts. Through analysis of public media sources, mentions of connected contractors or suppliers related to CSR topics (positive or negative) are aggregated into a dashboard with a SignalAI assigned presence score from 0 to 100, based on the overall sentiment of publicly available information.

ISN’s Sustainability Team can configure requirements to meet Hiring Client needs while ISNetworld sustainability tools and services collect CSR information and targets through data collection, procedural reviews, and certification verification.

Data-Driven Insights

Tracking contractor and supplier policies and information helps ensure sustainability performance goals are met throughout the business.
