The Company has no blanket prohibition against hiring qualified relatives of employees, except to the extent it creates a conflict of interest, and will give them the same consideration as other qualified applicants. Hiring an employee’s relative is, however, a potentially sensitive issue.

An applicant will not be hired and an employee will not continue to be employed by the Company if, in the Company’s opinion, the hiring or continued employment of a relative would create an actual or perceived conflict of interest that would materially affect either individual’s work, assignments, opportunities, and progression in the Company.
