The Position: The Advanced Front-End Developer position provides individuals an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing well-rounded competencies in ISN’s products and services. As a member of ISN’s Products Team, the Advanced Front-End Developer is responsible for interpreting and implementing UI/UX designs into ISN products. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle. 

Who should apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years’ experience in a front-end or UI development role, preferably at a SaaS Company
  • 5 years' experience in React.js with hands-on experience developing complex user interfaces using React.js
  • Proficient understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, including React, JS6, and jQuery
  • Experience working with Fetch API, Axios, Redux toolkit, Postman
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Working knowledge of .NET and C#.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete front-end development to bring high-fidelity prototypes to production  
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, software engineers, product owners and QA testers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs  
  • Develop and implement reusable UI components and front-end libraries using React.js and JavaScript best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with the application's API

Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204.

  • Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
  • Required to come to the office at least 2 times per week during the first 90 days.   
  • After 90 days, your role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly.
