Our Commitments

ISN Software Corporation and its affiliates (“we” or “our”) are committed to the abolition of modern slavery and to the principles of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. Our Approach

We strive to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implement and enforce controls against modern slavery practices anywhere in our own business and, to the extent practicable, in our service/supply chains. Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion. This approach is reflected in both our Code of Business Conduct and Policy Against Trafficking in Persons and Slavery.

We will take appropriate measures should we become aware of any issues related to modern slavery, which may include terminating business relationships and reporting activities to authorities.

Our Service/Supply Chain

We expect the same high standards from all our contractors/suppliers and other business partners. We do not knowingly engage in business with any organization that supports or is involved in modern slavery practices. We try to foster long-term relationships with our contractors/suppliers, which allows us to have greater knowledge of their operations and practices.

Our Training

We conduct employee training regularly. Each year, employees must review and confirm our commitments regarding modern slavery and ethical employment practices.

Our Assessment/Review Process

While, due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves as having low risk in our business and service/supply chains, we review annually the effectiveness of our approach to modern slavery to ensure we are maintaining our commitments in this statement. This statement was reviewed in 2024.

This statement was approved by our Board of Directors.
