The Position: As a member of ISN’s Design Team, the Associate Product Designer is responsible for creating design solutions for ISN products that promote user adoption, self-service and ease of use.

Who should apply?

  • Demonstrate UI design skills through a strong portfolio
  • Professional experience in UI or Product design, preferably at a SaaS Company
  • Proficiency in Figma, including creating wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes.
  • Practical knowledge of latest UI/UX trends and techniques in web design, adaptive/responsive principles in mobile/desktop applications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling, customer-centered experiences for ISN products
  • Assist with initiative to simplify User Interface (UI) and improve User Experience (UX) across ISN products
  • Follow established design requirements and guidelines, and help translate them into mockups and prototypes
  • Create wireframes, detailed visual designs, interactive prototypes and UX flows to communicate and demonstrate ideas
  • Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to use the design system
  • Adopt AI-powered tools and workflow improvements introduced by the team to work more efficiently

Onsite Requirements:

  • Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area. 
  • In-person attendance is required at minimum 2 days per week during the first 90 days of employment.
  • After 90-day review, in-person attendance is required at minimum 1 day per month and required for certain meetings and tasks (collaboration with stakeholders and customers, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
