The last 2 years have had an impact on the lives of communities, employees in the workplace and families. If anything, the impact of COVID-19 highlighted the importance of employee safety in the workplace and overall well-being. It’s important that organizations strive to achieve the healthiest, safest, and most productive workforce possible while also driving focus and priority towards employee well-being.
At the 2022 NSC Safety Congress & Expo, Brian Callahan, ISN's President & COO, participated as a keynote speaker during the Campbell Institute Forum focusing on seizing the moment and exploring the connection between wellbeing while creating a resilient organization for the future. Callahan advised employers to "lead from the heart" by better empathizing with workers' individual needs and personal circumstances.
